    Regarding Palestinians, what passport do they hold? Would a Palestinian living in Jerusalem carry an Israeli passport, or would they be effectively stateless?

    Most Arabs living in Israel proper are full citizens of the State of Israel, entitled to Israeli passports. They make up almost 20 percent of the population.
