Yes, it's also true! Probably another submunicipal boundary, this
time a Swedish one. Look for
http://www.lantmateriet.se/index_eng.htm , and choose Map Search.

Not at the municipal level, but the old eastern boundary of Neutral
Moresnet is also the old municipal boundary between Kelmis and Neu-
Moresnet (now both, with the former municipality Hergenrath, in the
municipality of Kelmis/La Calamine). It is still a postal boundary
(Kelmis has 4720 as postal code; Neu-Moresnet has 4721). The former
municipal boundaries have generally still meaning for the Belgian
mail in Belgium (postal code and/or postal town name).

So at bedenl, the following entities meet:
The Netherlands, Limburg province, Vaals municipality
Germany, North Rhineland-Westphalia fed. land, Aachen city
Belgium, Liege prov, Plombieres (Bleiberg) mun., Gemmenich former mun.
Belgium, Liege prov, Kelmis (La Calamine) mun., Kelmis former mun.
Belgium, Liege prov, Kelmis (La Calamine) mun., Neu-Moresnet former
mun.
