even in drought
make that a kayak rather than any boat per se
& you will still need to wing & pray furiously

these so called little falls are actually an extended cataract
with most of the bounce still remaining at the bottom end

which btw is just below & in plain view of dcmdvan

& this bottom step is a true falls
especially when the tide is out
& it drops vertically onto the very head of the estuary


also
it isnt clear yet
but i think the water level needed to reveal a dry dcmdvan might
actually be zero feet or less
if indeed we need a level approaching lowest low water
as all indications so far suggest

however we could still make our point while it is wet
theoretically
either with or without flotation
