so now that we have heard them all
the gods do say
both
that there really were 2 slightly different regimes in effect on
opposite sides of the rocky crest between 1908 & 1925
&
that it really was because gb&us were just there & then
completing the upgrade of their demarcation diligence to the
level of intervisibility
