Not including Alaska, it is possible to cover the Can-Am border in
two weeks. I have driven from Sudbury, Ontario, Canada to Vancouver,
BC via the northern US in four days. With added breaks, it is
possible to see the everything listed in postings by members of this
group.

The customs officers on both sides of the CA+US line are fine as long
as you answer their questions seriously. Don't joke about starting a
trip in Hemp-Heaven Vancouver BudC or that you are hiding ObL in the
trunk/boot of your car.

To enter the US or Canada, make sure you have had no criminal
convictions in your home countries. You may need special approval if
you have had any previous convictions.

If you come from or were born in particular countries such as Iran,
Syria, Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia (this list may or may not be
accurate); you may have more difficulty entering the United States.
Your place of birth matters as much as the cover of your passport.

Other than these points, come row your boat across the Atlantic.
Take a rest in St. Pierre et Miquelon. Keep rowing until you get to
Montreal or Boston, then fly to Vancouver or Seattle.
