 ... This was strictly outside Berlin administrative authority. It was not considered as en enclave of Berlin-Mitte (Sov.sect.) inside Berlin-Tiergarten

 ... enclave ... Tiefwerder , ... I m not convinced that s correct. There were definitely DDR enclaves in the Eiskeller region, exchanged in 1972. ... Neither.
