Interestingly, I was somewhat surprised that near the Peace Arch at the WA/BC border, you can freely cross from the Peace Arch Park in Washington to the town

The road in question is most likely Zero Avenue. It is the road that runs along the northern side of the border from roughly White Rock, BC (Peace Arch
