Tell them you are only photographing the BY and LV sides of the boundary and/or bring bribe money. BJB ... experience with ... authorisation ... police ...

I have got permission (without any bribes ;-) to photograph all Lithuanian boundaries as first foreign guest by the STATE BORDER GUARD SERVICE at the ministry
