I have got permission (without any bribes ;-) to photograph all Lithuanian boundaries as first foreign guest by the
STATE BORDER GUARD SERVICE
at the ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania!
(Unfortunately no English pages so far.)
Enclosed a photo from daily border service - in 1921.
