As a newcomer I would like to ask you fellows if you have experience with<br/>
requirements from border authorities concerning permissions for<br/>
photographing boundaries?<br/>
I have just learnt that the Lithuanian border police requires authorisation<br/>
in order to photograph the border. Tomorrow I am asked to contact a police<br/>
man in order to photo byltlv.<br/>
It is not allowed for private persons to photograph it, so I have asked as a<br/>
representative for BoundaryPoint Organisation. Hope Bill do not turn the<br/>
idea down  ;-)<br/>
What are the procedure in countries where licence is a requirement?<br/>
