Jan, again I think these things happen because they don't hurt anyone
and they make sense and no one cares if you do it, but they are
illegal according to law of both countries.
Experiment: call Lithuanian border guard, tell there is a group of
illegals approaching PLLTRU exactly, walking by the Russian barbed
wire fence (the Lithuanian guards mistakenly believe it is LT
territory); call Russian border guard, tell a group of Lithuanian
guards is about to invade Russian territory (on the other side of the
barbed wire fence); watch what happens. ;))
well, the Mexicans usually couldn't care less if you jumped into
Mexico. The Americans do care, but you will not be granade-launcher
shot on sight :))
