<div id="ygrps-yiv-895663849">Talking about neutral zones on the BYLTLV-trpoint, it&#39;s stroke me that these<br/>
possible or actual neutral zones cannot be that neutral zone.<br/>
<br/>
If the BYLTLV area is neutral does it mean that I can go there (by air<br/>
without passport) and have just as many rights as a BY, LT or LV citizen.<br/>
<br/>
Or what about the neutral zones beween Gibraltar-Spain and Spain-Marocco.<br/>
Are they 100% neutral or are they not still related to the neighbouring<br/>
countries? So they are technically more a condominium than neutral, right?<br/>
