it may be important to distinguish neutral zones from
condominiums &or tridominiums

for one thing i believe a neutral zone is always between 2 parties
rather than among 3

so neutral doesnt really quite mean no mans land
but rather neithers land

& i believe most if not all neutral zones
especially if they are designated no mans lands
are not really condominiums
but usually comprise a matching pair of marginal territories
much like a jointly contributed & jointly maintained clearcut zone
but typically wider & functionally more like a demilitarized or
united nations buffer zone
yet without the buffering third party necessarily present

but there is no reason to ascribe any of these highly peculiar
characteristics to byltlv

that would be a true everyones land you are talking about there
or an omnidominium
rather than just a tridominium
which as mentioned it evidently really isnt either
but i would still think it a good dance floor
