Scandinavia pretty much coincide, so it isn&#39;t inappropriate to include <br/>
Iceland (or the Faroes for that matter). Clearly you can&#39;t include New <br/>
Zealand in the British Isles (;-)), but at the political and cultural <br/>
level, the Commonwealth would be the equivalent of the Nordic Council.<br/>
