drive it across the border.  Unless you are driving it right/strait <br/>
to a final location.  Unless the law has been changed.  I have no <br/>
idea why Transport Canada has such a rule.  The US has no <br/>
restrictions on US citizens renting a car in Canada and driving it <br/>
across into the US.<br/>
