Island had a supreme court case over it.  When was it<br/>
and what was the decision?  As there was no landfill,<br/>
Liberty Island should still have the enclave in water<br/>
situation.  Right?<br/>
Ellis Island is mostly in NJ and I have a map that<br/>
shows the division.  Ellis island might be the<br/>
smallest body of land to have any sort of enclave in<br/>
it.<br/>
