For people that know German, a nice site on some old inner-German
boundaries and boundary stones is at:
http://www.ahlering.de/_Dreilandereck_/_dreilandereck_.html
Lots of nice pictures, but the maker of this site could better have
ignored his artistic aspirations, if you ask me.
By the way, today I visited the delu condo once more, as well as the
Vennbahn enclaves. And I visited two secundary tripoints: the one where
Belgium and the German lands of North Rhineland-Westphalia and
Rhineland-Palatinate meet, and the one where Luxembourg and the Belgian
provinces of Lige and Luxembourg meet. The last one is an old bedelu
tripoint, by the way.
I made some pictures. If they're nice, I will show you them, of course!
But that could still take some time.
Peter S.
PS I was not precleared (??! - another conversation I don't follow...),
but just given the all clear. In spite of the fact that this journey
wasn't a border freak one in the first place (although it made a good
second place), but primarily meant to buy some good wine and liquor in
Germany. Which I did.
