I just found out that Tuapse is not really on the border. The site <br/>
this picture was on is of a Russian children&#39;s holiday camp, and they <br/>
had an outing to a border post. So it must have been the geru border. <br/>
Near the coast, this border is formed by the Psou river, but if the <br/>
picture really shows the border, then this spot is higher up the <br/>
mountains, where the Psou isn&#39;t the border river.<br/>
