actually extends maybe 20 feet into the sea.  Unless<br/>
there is an underground fence extending further,<br/>
yes... you could actually swim from one country to the<br/>
next.  I&#39;m sure if you went from Mexico the U.S.<br/>
Border Patrol would be waiting for you though when you<br/>
touched down on American soil wondering what you were<br/>
trying to hide!  :)<br/>
