My mistake - the blurred quadripoint is way farther out, between US <br/>
Virgins, UK Virgins, Anguilla and Netherlands Antilles. (Sometimes <br/>
the map in my head doesn&#39;t match the map on the ground, and I should <br/>
have learned by now not to quote on the fly from the former.) With my <br/>
current country-level efforts the vexed quadripoint goes away, <br/>
because British Virgins & Anguilla unit into a single EEZ exclave of <br/>
the UK. My head-map rewrote itself to show P.R. and the US Virgins <br/>
participating in this quad- to tri- rationalisation.<br/>

But I still wonder if anyone out there knows what really happens at <br/>
*that* blurred quadripoint ...<br/>
