large numbers of bytes offends my parsimonious Scottish Presbyterian <br/>
soul. (Although I do forgive Michael the extra few bytes [those extra <br/>
spaces and carriage returns, m!] it takes him to send his &quot;minimal&quot; <br/>
text.) <br/>
Very soon after I joined this group I clicked the &quot;I&#39;ll visit the <br/>
website&quot; option to avoid the regular dull clunk of vast quantities of <br/>
text in my mailbox.<br/>
Maybe Yahoo bears some of the blame, since it offers up the entire <br/>
text of the previous message when you click the &quot;Reply&quot; button. But <br/>
really, how long does it take to highlight and delete unneeded text <br/>
(as I&#39;ve just done with Martin&#39;s previous message)?<br/>
