aha yes indeed eureka
for this wonderful pic certainly seems to show
that
the bypl clearcut centerline boundary deviates
slightly to the east
here
as it approaches the river
just as the topo shows it
so bypl
strikes the river perhaps still within the
clearcut but no longer at the
centerline of the
clearcut in the long view
but was there no other
concrete bypl marker available
for sighting the terminal bypl segment down to
an
exact terminus & tripoint in the middle of the river
i see at
least the one such in rolfs 2nd & 6th pix
here
http://www.vasa. abo.fi/users/ rpalmber/ BordersBLP. htm
but
cant tell yet if there was or wasnt a second
actual marker
not counting
all the territorial pole flags
nor exactly how you zeroed in on the exact
tripoint
