Yep, that's obviously it. Thanks for the link.
Now I see that there was a "overseas" Pakistan post office inside the
exclave of Oman before it lost its exclave status when the territory
was bought by Pakistan. I wonder if that post office's grounds
comprised an enclave of Pakistan inside Oman.
