Message #12459 contains probably the best and most accurate
description of the border markers and theirs location I've seen yet.
I suspect, that the final protocol signed in June 2002 contents the
map and drawing of the border markers as mentined in Article 5 of
the russian decree from 1998. Happy hunting!
