No it s just a rock. There s a stone monument behind me down the hill by immigration and then further west past the arrow about a half mile or so is a metal

Do you remember the name of that particular airport? Scobey Airport (Scobey, MT) or Piney Pinecreek Border Airport (Pinecreek, MN) come to mind as likely

How about Donostia/San Sebastian airport at Hondarribia/Fuenterrabia? There is even an international (esfr) treaty about the fact that every plane that leaves
