also my detail map of the bzgtmx region
made in vancouver btw
shows that the access from mexico is probably worst
evidently involving a 7 km walk thru a swamp from the nearest jeep track

i would also guess from this map that the best access is from belize

here the third class road that your ecologic map shows reaching neustadt is
shown continuing on mine as a fourth class track all the way to within 1 km
of the tripoint near the belizean settlement of aguas turbias

but you must already know how bad even the primary highways of belize are &
how notoriously dangerous the whole troubled waters triarea is

it also looks scarcely possible to drive from the guatemala side to a point
on the bzgt line within 2 or 3 km of the tripoint
where there is 1 of the only 5 road crossings along the entire bzgt line

by contrast the bzmx line is crossed only once by a road
namely at the point of your pix
& the gtmx line has not a single road crossing in the 700 km between bzgtmx
& the pan american highway
