There are several second hand copies available at bookshops at
www.abebooks.com. Or go to amazon, Barnes and Noble etc. I asked at our uni
bookshop here and they could order a copy in for me, but it was cheaper, if
less quick, to order a secondhand copy fomr the US myself.
