I checked French topo sheet #29, at 1:100 000 (Serie Verte) and although the
source and St Germain-sur-Seine are marked, there is no indication of Paris
City ownership. A commune boundary seems to follow the river for a short
distance from its source.
Perhaps on a 1:25 ooo map?
