<div id="ygrps-yiv-1012991848">I checked French topo sheet #29, at 1:100 000 (Serie Verte) and although the<br/>
source and St Germain-sur-Seine are marked, there is no indication of Paris<br/>
City ownership. A commune boundary seems to follow the river for a short<br/>
distance from its source.<br/>
Perhaps on a 1:25 ooo map?<br/>
