bottlenecks apparently narrower than 24nm apparently qualify the following
international seas to contain exclaves of everyones land in the numbers
indicated

3 black sea
main body
sea of azov
gulf of taganrog

1 aegean sea north central part
w of samos & khios & mytilene & northward

1 mediterranean sea
main body

1 irish sea
main body

5 baltic sea
main body
gulf of riga
gulf of bothnia upper
gulf of bothnia lower
kattegat very close

2 red sea
main body
southern end

2 persian gulf
main body
eastern end

1 sulu sea perhaps

1 celebes sea perhaps

1 in nares strait between kane basin & lincoln sea
if so apparently the only american instance

total perhaps 18 worldwide

so it is looking more or less like a regular golf course once again
after a first global roundup try with crude maps

but of course anyone with better maps & more patience is cordially invited
to confirm or douse any of these
which are still conjectural even as an overall concept at this point anyway

note that none of these exclaves are enclaves within any single country
tho they might be considered enclaved within their surrounding sea
but that would be an unusual usage of the term

on the other hand
island based enclaves within everyones land
formerly also reported to number about 18
probably jump into the hundreds when the 200nm line is replaced with the
12nm line in that case as well

the bottom line after all these changes is
everyones land is now looking far vaster than previously thought
even if much of it has been stripped of mineral rights etc
