1. Time zone border
    On GEEBE we we pleased to experience passing time zone borders by foot but never saw any time zone signs. Searching the net I also found one time zone sign:

    ... I don t get that either. According to any time zone maps I find, Australia is in the time zones GMT+7, GMT+8:30, GMT+9.

    If you take a look at the Summer Time Zone map, it seems that one can (theoretically) go west from Queensland to South Australia and go AHEAD a half-hour. ...

    But seriously, it seems that the local time there is GMT+1200. The Universal time is for the dark sector, the place where all the stargazers (i.e. astronomers)
