THE POSTCARD WAS FRANKED IN 1915 IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FIRST WORLD WAR. NEARLY ALL OF BELGUIM WAS OCCUPIED BY GERMANY EXCEPT AN AREA NEAR THE FRENCH BORDER NEAR

That also explains why I have the exact same card with stamps from the same set at the same time period but which are cancelled at Baarle. Thanks LN
