quintipoint does not exist, but I am not sure what<br/>
corporate boundaries mean.  I know the county<br/>
boundaries follow the city boundaries at the inception<br/>
of the county.  Is that synonymous with a corporate<br/>
boundary.<br/>
The Bloomfield GIS site isn&#39;t much help either though<br/>
I think it proves the two enclaves.<br/>
