that I did not respond to this message before - last month I have been very
busy.
I was
writing "«neutral territory»" (sic!), and I understood it like border guards
from all the three countries accepted that visitors from any country were
_unofficially_ allowed to enter the platform without any formalities.
Of course this is no official statement and must be "taken for what it
is".
I do
not agree with Karolis! Border officials (and their guests) may pass the actual
border while in duty according to agreement (not included in the referred
agreement which only concerns the building of the platform!) between the
bordering states. Therefore I - neither the border guards - have not
penetrated the border illegally on our expeditions to
the tripoints.
