I thought there were three, but I think I may have been confused
about two different divisions in PNG. Thus it is not where three
separate countries meet.

There was a tripoint in Papua Island in colonial times, when
Australia administered half of the eastern side. That's as far as I
recall quickly, without checking reference sources.
