You are correct Peter! I have some amazing summer photos
of me crossing the border on bicycle; of the border stones; of
the shores of the Tana River where I straddle the
Finnish/Norwegian frontier; the cleared tree line stretching
south for kilometres as far as the eye can see... Absolutely
lovely summer shots.

I also crossed the Tana River over the Saamensilta (Sami
Bridge) at Utsjoki, and have lots of neat pictures of the
signage in both Finnish and Tunturi Sami (I cringe as I
type "Northern Lapp") and Norwegian and Tunturi Sami.

I have taken many bike trips throughout Nordic Europe and
this was a highlight, to cross the northernmost land frontier on
bicycle.
