supposed to prevent them, it&#39;s for registering them. US must have <br/>
some good reason why they want Arab born visitors registered. To <br/>
track them , maybe? I&#39;m not neccessarily advocating this registration <br/>
practice, I&#39;m just saying that as long as it exists, I don&#39;t see why <br/>
any citizens should be excepted.</div>
