I did a quick search of the Boundary Point archives and didn't see
this addressed:

Anyone have a link on the 'net that gives a definitive history of
how the Northwest Angle enclave in Canada wound up being part of
Minnesota when the US-Canadian border was defined in that area?

Are there any other US enclaves like this, other than the Point
Roberts (WA) enclave (which has been discussed on this list)?
