Anyone have a link on the &#39;net that gives a definitive history of <br/>
how the Northwest Angle enclave in Canada wound up being part of <br/>
Minnesota when the US-Canadian border was defined in that area?<br/>

Are there any other US enclaves like this, other than the Point <br/>
Roberts (WA) enclave (which has been discussed on this list)?<br/>
