The location can be seen on Exklaven_1939_Map.jpg, the map posted by
Wolfgang.

On my (modern) city map, it should be somewhere in between the
Heerstrasse (south of Spandau, near Pichelsdorf) and the former
village of Tiefwerder, in between the Havel and some older reaches of
that river. There is a "Kolonie Tiefwerder Wiesen" on the banks of
the Hauptgraben. Another area called "Tiefenwerder Wiesen" (probably
an error) is just to the west of it, nearer to the Havel.
