while traveling last year i inadvertently fell off the international <br/>
boundaries list & was surprised recently while reviewing the messages <br/>
that had accumulated there in the interim to find that you had placed <br/>
a couple of inquiries there in january & february about some <br/>
tricountry points <br/>

i was surprised & frankly puzzled by this because i had until then <br/>
been imagining that that list was expressly devoted to boundaries per <br/>
se & this this bp list of ours was expressly devoted to the <br/>
multipoints per se<br/>

it seemed a perfect switch<br/>
<br/>
otherwise what is the difference & why 2 lists rather than 1<br/>

oh i know you need to act serious there <br/>
but what else<br/>
