Imaging having Swedish (or whatever) friend over for a couple of days <br/>
and the two of you are going off to visit some far-away place with <br/>
his car. Whereas you don&#39;t own a car, you do have a driving licence. <br/>
This place not being close, you&#39;d want to take turns driving the car. <br/>
Whenever you&#39;d be driving, you&#39;d actually be violating the law?<br/>
