until 1945 Japan<br/>
until 1990 USA<br/>
since 1990 Independent<br/>
<br/>
<br/>
3) City of Fiume, aka Rijeka<br/>
<br/>

until 1947 Italy<br/>
until 1991 Yugoslavia<br/>

If anybody likes this game, I think we should leave out border <br/>
changes before 1815.<br/>
