Bouvet is north of the Antarctic Treaty limit at 60S, so isn't
considered in the Antarctic Treaty. Peter I is south of 60S, and and
lies outside the Antarctic sector claimed by Norway - it's within the
otherwise unclaimed sector between 90W and 150W, and so represents a
separate Norwegian claim, but currently in abeyance under the terms
of the Treaty.
