Statistics Canada gives a population of 6000 for the MB part of Flin
Flon and 267 for the SK part. However, those population figures are
for the urban area, not that within the city limits. I couldn't find
the population of just the city.

BTW, according to the maps I found, the SK part is south of the MB
part. That is, below the "step".
