Van Wettere-Verhasselt's "Les frontiers du nord et de l'est de la Belgique" has a map of the linguistic and historical boundaries, and shows no line anywhere near the town, only along the two boundaries mentioned above.

Meanwhile I found the webpage belonging to the broadcast:
http://www.swr.de/fmh/archiv/020606/03.html
About the restaurant (seems to be a bar) they write:
So they say the bar is north of Burg-Reuland, across the bridge over the
Our, direction Germany, in the middle of a forest. This description
looks strange to me, because I think the Our *is* the border in that
area - with the town of Ouren being the only exception.
The Belgian phone directory at
http://www.infobel.com can't find "Zum
Jägerhaus". It finds a Peter Schröder, however, living in Weisten, far a
away from the current border (though north of Burg Reuland).
So it's still a mystery, where this bar can be found!
Best regards
