> 1. Former Belgian-German border in Burg-Reuland?

Burg-Reuland is 10km due south of St Vith and 4km west of the current Belg-Ger boundary in the Our. The former German railroad enclave at Hemmeres is 4km NE of Burg-Reuland.
The town seems to be halfway between the boundary of 1815-1920, and that of 1920-present. Van Wettere-Verhasselt's "Les frontiers du nord et de l'est de la Belgique" has a map of the linguistic and historical boundaries, and shows no line anywhere near the town, only along the two boundaries mentioned above.

Thus I have no evidence that even suggests any boundary in the vicinity of Berg Reuland at all, esp not 10 years ago!
