just the obvious first guess
since the order of magnitude is evidently about 10x
a single tiny transcription or typographical error
somewhere anywhere in all this data
could be sufficient cause
as it might also have been for 100x or 1000x etc

but then is it even possible to recheck all the data for that tripoint

of course any error evenly divisible by 9 is likely to have come from
a digital reversal
as in sydlexia
tho we probably cant tell the precise amount of drift here
so thats unlikely to be of help in resolving this case
but it could have been caused by something like that
