since the order of magnitude is evidently about 10x<br/>
a single tiny transcription or typographical error <br/>
somewhere anywhere in all this data<br/>
could be sufficient cause<br/>
as it might also have been for 100x or 1000x etc<br/>

but then is it even possible to recheck all the data for that tripoint<br/>
<br/>
of course any error evenly divisible by 9 is likely to have come from <br/>
a digital reversal <br/>
as in sydlexia<br/>
tho we probably cant tell the precise amount of drift here<br/>
so thats unlikely to be of help in resolving this case<br/>
but it could have been caused by something like that<br/>
