No, Michael, Fahr is another eclave, it is a piece of Aargau inside
Zürich. I have posted this link twice already here, but because it is
such a great map of Fahr I post it again:

Würenlos is the municipality to which Fahr belongs.
And about the Oberegg area: Yes, that consists of two parts (not
counting Grimmenstein). It forms a district of the half-canton
Appenzell-Inner Rhodes (official abbreviation AI). The official
abbreviation of Appenzell-Outer Rhodes is AR.
