Well, the Files area isn't talking to me at present, but as soon as it is
I'll be uploading my EEZ boundary spreadsheet. It's called International
Boundaries.xls, and it's in a sufficiently antique version of Excel that I
hope everyone can import it.
It consists of a workbook of three sheets:
Sheet 1 lists border countries, border segments and tripoints for each of
193 countries and their various fragments, including high seas boundaries.
Sheet 2 lists the ISO trigraphs I've used - most are easy to understand, but
the reference is there if you need it
Sheet 3 contains information about how the data are encoded - what bold and
italics and brackets indicate, etc.

It's a huge thing and it's bound to contain errors. So I'd be grateful if
anyone with time and interest could glance at their specific areas of
interest, and let me know what I've done wrong.
