practice the croatian seas shut in the bosnian seas exactly like the <br/>
bruneian seas shut it the malaysian seas<br/>

there is an agreement by which bosnia can access the sea but that is <br/>
a different matter<br/>

& maps do commonly ignore maritime boundaries<br/>

but clearly there is a big difference between an actually agreed <br/>
boundary like bosnia croatia & one that is merely in the default or <br/>
presumptive condition like brunei malaysia<br/>
